When should I book an August student move-out clean?

Early. Chico State leases flip nearly all at once in August, and move-out slots book solid. If you need a deposit-standard clean, schedule two to three weeks ahead and we will coordinate with your property manager.

What if I'm not home during the cleaning?

How do you deal with valley dust and smoke season?

Long dry summers keep fine dust settling continuously, and swamp coolers pull it inside. Fans, blinds, and sills stay on rotation. When smoke season leaves ash residue, we reset top-down in the right order.
